This is an abridged script in the lecture series for the training of potential AIM GLOBAL partners, customers and distributors of AIM GLOBAL Alkaline, antioxidants, phyto energizer and anti-ageing products in Lagos.

When I tell my friends that I now prefer for breakfast only a coffee and cocoa drink, some of them who are still hooked on solid meals give me a second look. Only those who have been travelling with me on helpful, healthful dietary journeys for sometime know they may be about to board another train for newer health experiences.

SUMMARY

In summary, we are talking about ALKALINITY and how alkalinity promotes health against the damage to health caused by ACIDOSIS. THE NEW BIOLOGY OF HEALTH teaches us about the great battles which ALKALINITY and ACIDOSIS are waging within us. Scientists measure these battles on a 0-14pH scale on which 0-6.9 is acid, seven is a median and 7.1-14 is alkaline. Disease thrives in our bodies when we are acidic. Cancer grows in an acidic environment and dies in an alkaline environment.

Thus, if our organs are diseased or cancerous, it means they are acidic. Foods such as bread, milk, sugar, margarine, processed, packaged and cooked foods, bad emotions, excessive stress, deoxygenation etc all make our organs and bodies acidic. Our bodies are meant, say, scientists, to be 7.364 alkalines. Too much alkalinity is bad for us as well. The body has a mechanism of balancing us out to not more than 7.364, all other things being equal. But in many cases, we need so much of ALKALINITY to throw off a little ACIDOSIS. Think of children and what they eat. They are always consuming simple sugars in, say, ice-cream, soft drinks, meat-pies, fried foods such as buns and puff-puff, sharwama, biscuits, sweets, sweetened pop-corn etc. They are acid-forming. These foods make them hyperactive, unable to concentrate on their studies, become candida infested, sickly and, in many cases forsaken to a short lifespan.
